A humble beginningOur Rice Trailer that made the journey from Europe
This dream begins back in 2021. With over 15 years of experience in various positions in the restaurant, hospitality and customer service industries the decision was made to take the leap of faith.

Stripped down to the bones
We found a custom builder half way across the county. While they worked to refurbish this unique trailer style, work continued on developing the business. Quality and responsibly sourced beans were of upmost importance.

Rebuilt and primed
The roaster we partner with provides just that. Our beans are bird friendly, shade grown and provide a fair living wage to farmers. Air roasted and cold blended in small batches.

Dressing up
We then turned our focus to service. Having high expectations ourselves, we wanted to ensure that everyone who enjoys our drinks not only receives quality taste and flavor but also gets exceptional service.

The dream became a reality. So far, we have had the pleasure of serving some in our community as well as the honor of helping to raise funds for non-profits.
